The Spring Divine Service was held in Riccarton Parish Church Kilmarnock on 16 May 2010. After opening PGL in the nearby Buchanan Centre, RWPGM Bro. Archibald Chalmers led the procession to the Church where the Service was conducted by the Rev Colin Strong ably assisted by PGL Chaplain Bro. Rev Ian U. Macdonald (Hon DPGM). As part of the Service PM William McLaughlin of Lodge St Clement Riccarton (Kilwinning) Kilmarnock No. 202 gave a fine eulogy in memory of the late PPGM Bro. John Husk Ralston PM Lodge St Clement Riccarton (Kilwinning) Kilmarnock No. 202. This fine and fitting tribute was well received by the Brethren. At the close of the Service the congregation retired to the Buchanan centre where hospitality was provided by Lodge St Clement Riccarton (Kilwinning) Kilmarnock No. 202 which was enjoyed by all.

On Sunday evening of 9 May 2009, the Right Worshipful Provincial Grand Master, Brother Archibald Chalmers, attended the Annual Divine Service of the Ayrshire District Grand Priory held in the Old High Kirk, Kilmarnock. The Rev William Hall took the Service and preached the Sermon. District Grand Prior, Peter Watson, welcomed all present especially the Representatives of the Sister Masonic Orders of Ayrshire. The Service was honoured with the presence of the Grand Master of The Great Priory of Scotland, David A. C. Niven. |

The PGLA Spring Divine Service took place in the Old High Kirk in Kilmarnock on 26 April 2009. The RWPGM Bro. Archibald Chalmers was pleased to have in his company The PGM and DPGM of Renfrewshire East Bros David Reid and John Millar, as well as representatives of Galloway and Kilwinning. The service was taken by Provincial Grand Chaplain Bro. Rev Ian U. Macdonald (Hon DPGM) with the sermon by the local Minister, Rev. William Hall. The readings were delivered by SPGM Bro. William Raeside PM No.
22 and Bro Paul Parker RWM No.22. The RWPGM chose the Old High Kirk and Lodge St John No.22 for the very close links that both have with Robert Burns and the Earl of Kilmarnock. After the service, Lodge St. John (Kil) Kilmarnock No.22 and the Ladies of the church provided hospitality.

The Right Worshipful Provincial Grand Master Brother Archibald Chalmers accompanied by Substitute Provincial Grand Master Brother William Raeside and Provincial Grand Secretary Brother Robert Stewart, attended the Annual Divine Service of the Provincial Grand Royal Arch Chapter of Ayrshire on Sunday 5 April 2009. The Service was held in Kingcase Parish Church, Prestwick with the Sermon conducted by Provincial Grand Chaplain, Companion Rev Ian U. Macdonald. The Grand Superintendent, Most Excellent Companion James R. Hodge welcomed all present with a special welcome to the representatives of the other Masonic Orders --- the Provincial Grand Lodge of Ayrshire and the District Grand Priory of Ayrshire. |
| The Annual Provincial Divine Service was held on 27 April 2008 in Skelmorlie. RWPGM Brother Archibald Chalmers opened Provincial Grand Lodge within Skelmorlie Community Centre for the purpose of attending Divine Worship. The Lessons were read by RWPGM and Substitute PGM Brother Drew CY Rankine. The organist Siona Leitch was credit to the service and the male voice singing was superb especially the Hymn sung to the tune “Highland Cathedral”. |

A warm welcome was extended to all present, numbering around 90, including Brother James W. Miller RWPGM of Renfrewshire West and Brother George R. Kelly Past PGM of Lanarkshire Middle Ward. The Provincial Grand Lodge was then closed and under the guidance of PG Director of Ceremonies Brother Ian McBreen, the brethren were marshalled for Parade to the Church. Led by Largs Pipe Band the brethren made their way down the hill to Skelmorlie and Wemyss Bay Parish Church to be met by Rev William B. Armstrong BD and Provincial Grand Chaplain Brother Rev Ian U. Macdonald. |

At the close of the Service all returned to the Community Centre where Lodge Montgomerie Kilwinning Skelmorlie No.624 had laid on a magnificent spread which was greatly appreciated by those present. Brother Stewart “Scoops” Cruickshank was present taking photographs of the parade. |

At the end of the day all had had enjoyable day at Skelmorlie both at Church and Lodge. Everyone had enjoyed the travel along the Ayrshire coast, which was at its best on this sunny Sunday evening. Depute PGM Brother Robert Little gave thanks to the Lodge for all their arrangements and stated that they had every reason to be proud of their achievements today. The RWM of the Lodge, Brother John Little, expressed the honour and delight the Lodge had had in hosting the event, the first time that PGL had held their Church Service in Skelmorlie and he hoped that it wouldn't be the last. |
