Lodge Burns Dundonald No.1759 held their Annual Installation on 30 March 2012. RWM Bro. John Law and his Office-bearers were installed in to office by Bro. William Nicol PM Lodge Burns Dundonald No.1759, Bro. David Fergusson PM Lodge Troon Navigation No.86 and Bro. Colin Brotherton PM Lodge Mother Kilwinning No.0 & Fergusson St James No.566. The Provincial Grand Lodge Deputation was headed by the Substitute Provincial Grand Master Bro. Drew CY Rankine.

Lodge Stinchar Valley No.1705 held their Annual Installation on 17 March 2012. RWM Bro. Robert Stewart and his Office-bearers were installed in to office by Bro. Liam Stewart RWM Lodge St Peter No.331, Bro. Thomas Barclay PM Lodge St Peter No.331and Bro. Drew Rankine PM Lodge Prestwick No.1060. The Provincial Grand Lodge Deputation was headed by the Substitute Provincial Grand Master Bro. Sam Peden.

Lodge Burns St Mary No.505 held their Annual Installation on 10 March 2012. RWM Bro. James Greig and his Office-bearers were installed in to office by Bro. Martin Smillie PM 505, Bro. David Strachan PM 505 and Bro. David Wilson PM MK0. The Provincial Grand Lodge Deputation was headed by the Substitute Provincial Grand Master Bro. William Raeside. At the conclusion of the ceremony, Right Worshipful Installing Master Bro. David Wilson PM MK0 IPPGM Kilwinning, was made an Honorary Member of Lodge Burns St Mary.

Lodge St John (Kil) Kilmarnock No.22 held their Annual Installation on 18 February 2012. RWM Bro. James Lyle and his Office-bearers were installed in to office by Bro. David Murray, Bro. Paul Parker and Bro. William Raeside, all Past Masters of Lodge St John No.22. The Provincial Grand Lodge Deputation was headed by the Depute Provincial Grand Master Bro. Robert Little.

Lodge Royal Arch No.198 held their Annual Installation on 11 February 2012. Immediate Past Master Brother Andrew Muir and his Office-bearers were installed in to office by Bro. James Muir and Brother Brian Speirs both Past Masters of Lodge Royal Arch Maybole No 198. The Provincial Grand Lodge Deputation was headed by the Right Worshipful Provincial Grand Master Brother Archibald Chalmers.

Lodge Girvan St Johns No.237 held their Annual Installation on 21 January 2012. Right Worshipful Master Brother Robert McMaster and his Office-bearers were installed in to office by Bro. William Pettigrew, Bro James Gracie and Bro. Robert McKinstry, all Past Masters of Lodge St Thomas No.433. The Provincial Grand Lodge Deputation was headed by Provincial Grand Secretary Bro. Robert Stewart.

Lodge Fergusson St James No.566 held their Annual Installation on 14 January 2012. Right Worshipful Master Brother Kenneth Parker and his Office-bearers were installed in to office by Bro. Findlay McCraken PM No.566, Bro. Tom Wason PM No.566 and Bro. John Wason PM No.566. The Provincial Grand Lodge Deputation was headed by RWPGM Bro. Archibald Chalmers.

		Lodge St John Maybole No.11 held their Annual Installation on 6 January 2012. Right Worshipful Master Brother William R Cuthbert and his Office-bearers were installed in to office by Bro. William FT Cuthbert PM No.11, Bro. Alistair Hastings PM No.11 and Bro. John Priest PM No.11. The Provincial Grand Lodge Deputation was headed by RWPGM Bro. Archibald Chalmers. At the start of the Installation the RWPGM presented PM Peter Ogg with his jewel as Honorary Grand Tyler.
		Lodge Thistle No.127 held their Annual Installation on 23 December 2011. Right Worshipful Master Brother Roderick Murray and his Office-bearers were installed in to office by Bro. William Robb PM No.127, Bro. Elijah Beattie PM No.127 and Bro. Robert Murray PM Lodge Larchgrove No.1518. The Provincial Grand Lodge Deputation was headed by SPGM Bro. Drew Rankine.
Lodge Prestwick No.1060 held their Annual Installation on 17 December 2011. Right Worshipful Master Brother William Harper and his Office-bearers were installed in to office by Bro. Archie Patrick PM No.1060, Bro. Drew Rankine PM No.1060 and Bro. David Wardrope PM Lodge HLI, The Royal Highland Fusiliers No.1459. The Provincial Grand Lodge Deputation was headed by SPGM Bro. William Raeside.

Lodge Montgomerie Kilwinning Skelmorlie No.624 held their Annual Installation on 16 December 2011. Right Worshipful Master Brother Alistair Hagen and his Office-bearers were installed in to office by Brother James Lever PM No.624, Bro. William McIntosh PM No.624 and Bro. William Duncan PM No.624. The Provincial Grand Lodge Deputation was headed by Right Worshipful Provincial Grand Master Brother Archibald Chalmers.

Lodge Troon Navigation No.86 held their Annual Installation on 10 December 2011. Right Worshipful Master Brother Munro McLean and his Office-bearers were installed in to office by Brother Gavin Campbell PM No.86, Bro. James Gourlay PM No.86 and Bro. Derek Rutherford PM Burns St Mary No.505. The Provincial Grand Lodge Deputation was headed by Substitute Provincial Grand Master Brother Sam Peden.

		Lodge Dunlop Caledonia No.1408 held their Annual Installation on 9 December 2011. Right Worshipful Master Bro. James Reid and his Office-bearers were installed by Bro. John Taylor PM No.1408 and Bro. Steven Mack PM No.1759. The PGLA Deputation was headed by SPGM Bro. William Raeside.

Lodge St James (Kilwinning) Tarbolton No.135 held their Annual Installation on 3 December 2011. Right Worshipful Master Bro. Ian Taylor and his Office-bearers were installed by Bro. Colin McCormick PM No.135, Bro. Colin Ritchie PM No.135 and Bro. Robert Ross PM No.135 & 1304. The PGLA Deputation was headed by DPGM Bro. Robert Little.

Lodge Royal Arch West Kilbride No.314 held their Annual Installation on 3 December 2011. Right Worshipful Master Brother Martin McGinn and his Office-bearers were installed by the Right Worshipful provincial Grand Master Brother Archibald Chalmers, Brother John Bond PM No.314 and Brother John McKenzie PM No.314. The Provincial Grand Lodge Deputation was headed by Substitute Provincial Grand Master Brother William Raeside.

Lodge St Thomas Kilwinning No.433 held their Annual Installation on 3 December 2011 in Dalmellington. Right Worshipful Master Brother Colin Bunyan and his Office-bearers were installed in to office by Brothers William Pettigrew, William Graham and Robert McKinstry all Past Masters of 433. 	On Friday 2 December 2011the Right Worshipful Provincial Grand Master attended the Installation of Brother James E. Kurth as RWM of Lodge St Maurs No.1398 along with his Office-bearers. They were installed by installed in to office by Brothers James Fulton, James Gray and William Dean all Past Masters of 1398. A most enjoyable evening was had by all present.
Lodge Wallace St Hugh No.1212 held their Annual Installation on 26 November 2011. Right Worshipful Master Brother William Crate and his Office-bearers were installed by Brother Thomas Townsley PM No.1212, Brother Charles Mitchell PM No.1212 and Brother James McDonald PM 1212. The Provincial Grand Lodge Deputation was headed by the SPGM Brother Drew Rankine.

Lodge Royal Blues No.399 held their Annual Installation on 25 November 2011. Right Worshipful Master Brother George Henderson and his Office-bearers were installed by Brother Alexander Kelly PM No.399 and Brother Ian Kelly PM No.399 who are blood brothers. Lodge Neptune Kilwinning No.442 held their Annual Installation on 18 November 2011. Right Worshipful Master Bro. Jim Taylor and his Office-bearers were installed by Bro. Herbert Taylor PM No.442and Bro. Scott Turnbull PM No.8820 EC. The PGLA Deputation was headed by DPGM Bro. Robert Little.
